Aha! it could be, I suppose. If so, I only just the other day sent the method 
for doing that to Michael Loo on Cooking. Tell you what, I'll copy it over 
here for you both. It isn't really a recipe as such, but it wouldn't be 
impossibly hard to make one from it. It's a VERY good way of roasting a 
chicken, and the one we employ all the time.
