One minor annoyance of the existing archives is that all file names are
displayed in mixed case and download in upper case, when the users
typically want to download lower case. I want to provide a solution, so my
question is this: Given the following options, which would you prefer?

1. Leave it alone and let the user deal with the file names.
2. Download all file names in mixed case.
3. Download all file names in lower case.
4. Provide separate "Download UC" and "Download LC" buttons.
5. Provide a set of radio buttons to work with a single download button
to let the user pick which he wants.

The preceding are listed in order of difficulty to implement, natch. The
radio buttons would be an elegant solution, but I haven't yet determined
if they would work with Lynx or if anyone would care if they didn't.
