I agree with you about the Martial Arts. I too think they have many
advantages when taken for the right reasons. My daughter loves watching
martial arts shows (she's in her 20's by the way). Of course one of her
favourite shows is one that used to be one of mine - though of course it
is updated - "Kung Fu". I always loved the little lessons that
"grasshopper" learned and that Caine taught on the screen.
I have also heard about martial arts training helping with concentration
etc. I believe the person writing was referring to the positive results
regarding ADD, ADHD, or LD kids...can't remember whether it was in this
echo or in the PARENTS one though.

Do you live in the country? I live in a very big city so our view and
needs of firearms may be quite different on that score. I already wrote
Glenn about that. ;) Maybe you've caught that message already. :)
