Hi Krishna!
01-Apr-97 20:16:00, Krishna Gans tapped feverishly away
and wrote to Peter Campbell Subject: OpenDos and Geoworks Ensemble

Yes, even with SETVER.EXE! :-( Not surprising as it would have to work
at a fairly low level with DOS and therefore could be quite specific to
the DOS version. Which, hopefully, doesn't mean that they couldn't make
a version that would work with OpenDOS.

It wasn't the overhead but the hard disk space that dissuaded me from
using Warp 4. It would not fit in the space that Warp 3 occupied
and I only had a 420 MB driver. Besides, I have a legal copy of Warp 3
that I received as a result of an IBM/Your Computer giveaway shortly
before Warp 4 was launched. Now that I have a bigger hard drive, Warp 3
may well finish up back on my computer. I took it off to put on Win95
which I to learn about it because my clients use (even though I
don't). Then I will have Win 95, Warp 3 and, of course, Ensemble and the
Breadbox products, but most of the time I will boot up DOS/Ensemble to
get my work done.

Peter Campbell
