Fine, remove Ohio and put in California instead, I still don't understand.
They're part of the civilized world right, cars, microwaves, etc? 20,000
people from a heat wave? That is a hell of a lot of people.

Size was just to give some idea so people aren't picturing it as 20,000 out
of 300,000,000 like the US has.
