"The Cuckoo's Nest" guy.  I have that-- read and re-read it
before I got into computers; in fact, his mentioning of the mysterious
AT&T "ps -eafg" flags, as opposed to the BSD flags, still
helps me as I switch at work between SunOS and Linux servers.
