I do have both the QRZ and International Callbook available on the BBS
but don't bother to use them. I'll let the users do it.

We don't have to remember that. Our license never expires.

It's made up of two parts: 1) The license itself allowing us to use
amateur radio transmitters and 2) A yearly "Frequency tax" for the use
of our needed parts of the frequency spectrum. That "tax" is charged
once a year with an invoice from the spectrum management authorities.
