Depending on HOW CLOSE you are to your Exchange....You can actually

get 33600/33600 to US/Canada. I have done this myself.



The big hassle is Telstra stuffing around with the ISD service and

restricting you down to about 16800 (to Europe).



Continuous negotiations to overseas destinations are still a bit of

a plague, some days, even with these Couriers.



It seem all modems can fail here and I would blame the short cuts that

Telco companies are using to increase coverage area, in favour of

Quality of service/Full Bandwith to its users, to be the main cause.
