Yes, but where you are probably getting mixed up is you cannot have
NTFS and FAT32 drives in the one machine on a dual boot system, and
expect to be able to access both drives. Whatever operating system you
boot up on will determine which drive you will be able to access.
As far as networking goes, it's only the data you are exchanging, so
there's no reason why you can't run NT on one machine, and Win95B on
the other machine, and have them share data.
FWIW, I have 2 machines running Win95B, and one running Win95(A),
which I can drop to DOS 6.22 and run Win311, and I can exchange data
from that machine to the others, and vice versa.
