The FBI has impounded all Detroit absentee ballots. Voter fraud has been
alleged to the City Clerk's office. Personally I don't  think she's corrupt
- just massively incompetent.  The Clerk (  Jackie Currie ) was voted out
of office so that should be a null issue shortly

As to your question several voters who requested absentee ballots received
the ballots with that  were pre-filled. Absentee irregularities also
occurred at several nursing homes where Election 'ambassadors' helped some
nursing home residents with their vote. Unfortunately some of these
residents have advanced Alzheimer's and don't even know where they are much
