It's a bad joke... ;0   It saves no time, really... just steals it from
the morning and adds it to the night...  And some of us need it more in
the morning... :/

Back when we were on one time for about six months, and then changed for
about six months, that was more useful advice... now, if you checked
your batteries when the last changeover occurred, it's only been about 4
months... and they'll have to last for another 8 before the next change.
