Yes, WinPcap_4_1_3.exe was created when I installed Wireshark is in the
C:\Program Files\Wireshark sub-directory.
WinPcap_3_1.exe is still in C:\Program Files\Ethereal.
I've kept it JIC - Just In Case, but haven't used it since I got
Wireshark.

I downloaded the Install File using Firefox while in a Limited Users
Account.
Then I installed Wireshark by using RunAs... on that file from that
Limited Users Account.
I Right Click on the Wireshark icon and select RunAs... when I start it
from that same account.
SD> ... I get mail... I exist.
Now You can "I send mail... I exist."
