   It is quite obvious that Mr. Cummins meets ALL of his own criteria quite
accurately, however, I do not go around calling people NAZI without knowing
anything about them and if I were given to getting my messages mangled I
SURELY wouldn't do so.   I'm quite familiar with David Duke so that is safe
ground.  I don't think he's even bothering to deny it any longer although
during his period of trying to portray himself as politically respectable he
brushed it off a "boyish pranks."  He still has a disheartening number of
followers in my part of the country and no smart person has written him off.
Hitler came out of nowhere when the time was ripe and ideology not only was
appealing but there was not even adequate resistance to it in the world of
ideas.  We should be wiser in the west but Spengler still should be heeded
regarding the length of time left for Western civilization.  What comes into
existence is likely to go out of existence, however long a time it may take.
