> Can anyone comment re wot Sound Cards will run under OS2 > warp? Currently the CREATIVE cards are a defacto standard, and probably the best supported under WARP. Don't settle for un-branded SB clone cards, the few dollers less will cost you double. There are others also supported, including IBM's wave chipsets (not recommended as they share hardware with their modem functions) and the ESS??? chipsets. Both the SB16 PnP and the SB32 PnP are fine under WARP V4 assuming new hardware (Pentium PCI). For older hardware I'd recommend finding an SB16 non-PnP card. > I asked a few sales persons and got blank looks! The blank looks generally mean they don't know anything about computers.
