Update:  the price on the issue without the picture removed is $13.50.  The 
dealer lists it in "V/VF" condition.  The cost of the other one is $9.00.  It 
is closer to EX/NM but does have that one picture cut out.
You can call the store and order the magazine yourself.  The number is 
916.345.1173 - it's called "Penny Ranch".  They have many old issues, and are 
glad to take a VISA/Mastercard over the phone.  They'll ship the same day you 
call.  3 days later, you'll have your magazine.
