My stereo is not using the bass capability of my speakers
to it's fullest.  I have another amp with a loudness button and the
capability to blow the speakers out on it's own.  However, I'm concerned
that simply hooking the amp up to boost a signal already "colored" will
blow the speakers anyhow.  Any reassurances about what to do to get the
bass without the explosion? ;)
