I found the information that's confused both of us; the best place turned

It turns out that there's 2x 102 lap race days, counted at 300kms each even
though the track is 2.96kms,  So, a total of 204 laps gives us the 600kms. 
Ooh, that's slightly more but it is called the 600 after all.

The Otago rally carnival is run in Dunedin New Zealand
(www.otagorally.net/).  The name sounded South African or Japanese to me.

That Quit Targa rally looks real interesting!  The first bitumen rally that
I've seen that has an actual 'speed bump' hazard! (www.targawest.com.au/). 
I played a video on YouTube from 2011.  Whee!
