The democrats always lead that poll by 4% to 6%.

If Bush keeps making speeches like the one he gave today and if the rest of
the GOP suddenly find their cajones again and if Frist suddenly becomes a
competent Majority leader.  Those numbers will change significantly within
one month.

Bush called the democraps exactly what they are on the going to war issue.
A bunch of liars.   Thunderous applause from the military for him telling
it
like it is.
