In the meanwhile I have sets these as  :

#define MAX_DESC_LINES          10
#define MAX_FILES_SAMEBOARD     100
#define MAX_FILES_OTHERBOARD    200
#define MAX_FILES_NETMAIL       500

Although not tested as no one has used it, figgers .
