I think Figure45 chooses the representative radius for you in terms of
inside and outside radii. If not, the best choice is Nils Olof's formula:
ave(ave+rms) = 0.5*(0.5*(1+2.236)+sqrt(0.5*(1ý+2.236ý))) = (A+B)/4+
POL(A,B)/ SQR8 (on my calculator) = 1.675.
