Yup I agree. lets give Clinton 2 years, and then send a republican ambush of  
very talented challangers against him. I think in 1999 we will have a very  
conservative 106 congress. (actually California and Ilinois may get  
Republican Senators) and hopefully the senate could break any filibusters :)
And  Clinton will have to become a Blue Dog for 2 years :)
