Hi Wanda,
Tell me about it!  I've had particular problems with my hands, shoulders,
and right hip for the past week or so.

 He had to quit using them.  They made him abomnably ill at his stomach.
 He's back puffing on a cigarette once in awhile to keep from the dt's. :-)
 But instead of smoking 70-80 cigarettes per day, he smokes 8-10.  So it's
 a remarkable improvement.

 The main concern is nicotine poisoning.  But the patch doesn't come even
 close to the level of nicotine that he was absorbing, so even an occasional
 cigarette doesn't raise the level of the nicotine to dangerous levels.
 What we are concerned with is not the nicotine in the patch but the other
 chemicals (there is a long list on the box but nicotine is not on it).
 He seems to be reacting to something else.

 He will.  He just has to keep from getting discouraged.
