I am starting to look at another scenario..
  The government must know that they can not do an offensive
nationwide sweep of guns successfully, the numbers just don't
add up.  I think the foreign troops will be used as a defense
of Federal Buildings, Bases, camps, and bunkers.  They could
crash the economy, cut off food supplies, and that is all it
would take.  Within days, people would run out of food, and
start looting stores, ans within 1 to 2 weeks, most all the
food would be consumed.  They hungry will go out in search for
food, and those that have stockpiled food will be the target
of the hungry.  To protect their food and supplies, they will
have to shoot and kill the looters.  the Globalist wants the
U.S. population reduced by 100 million.  This would be a
way for them to reduce it, by letting civilians kill off each
other in the name of survival.  100's of thousands would starve
to death.  The U.N. troops will be guarding the elite and the
elite's food supplies, feeding only those who go to the
internment camps and get the chip implant.  All others will
starve or die trying to survive.  When the smoke clears, the
patriots will be low on ammo, maybe getting low on food, and
would be MUCH easier for a strong military to come in then,
and clean house, install the new government, and the new
Constitution.  We are too strong to go up against now, so
the above would thin us out.  The rest of the world would
see it as the Government has not the power to stop the
carnage, and would not have a finger pointed at them.
