Aha, but in an ironic twist of legalize, the mere fact that the curd based
poor imitation of the real thing has "cheesecake" in its
description, would most likely, inadvertently, subject it to the same $25
additional tax -- lawyers most likely do that kind of
"inadvertent" thing to *appeal* to more of their own and keep
them in green.
