I don't like sugar in hot drinks either although it is okay occasionally in
certain hot drinks.  I never add sugar when I make coffee or tea.  A squirt
of lemon in tea is okay though, when it happens to be around.

I doubt it is possible.  Not to that kind of cold.  It would kill me for sure.
