Well, seing as though the modem on my BBS is an Internal, the only way to cut
power to it is by cutting power to the entire computer... (I wish I had 
bought an External!) oh well... Cold booting fixes it , but half the time 
I have to cold boot it to unhang the computer anyways.. :(
