I'm looking for a little help with my jalapeno peppers.  My son likes them as 
hot as humanly possible, so, since I'm growing them for him, I said that I 
would get the best advice possible.  Should I feed them more, water less, 
water more, or what?  What exactly can you do to a pepper plant to make the 
hottest peppers possible?
