   It is a great service.  They are also as rock solid as I could ever
ask them to be.  Before I google I had been using another company
called "Getsynced" for a kerio account, but it just was too expensive
for each user on the domain to have an account there.

  The rest of their features are amazing for a "Groupware" type setup
without any headaches.  Everything gets synced to the blackberry,
shared docs, etc etc. :)
