Not sure if I am posting this in the right area or not since it doesn't
look like the OFFLINE echo is on the backbone anymore.  But, needless to
say, I've released two new offline mail related titles this morning:

PowerSIG v1.00à- Signature file manager for Windows
Based on the idea behind the popular SignIt! sigfile
manager for DOS by Pat Pridgen.  This brings the ease
of console-based sigfile management to a 32-bit native
Windows console application.  Yet another fine program
by Robert Wolfe that was "Compiled Without Compromise."
