It sure is to me and I'm always going to listen to real evidence over
gratuitous attacks.

So? They were following the intelligence they were given and the president
in a (perceived) time of need. That's not what I'm questioning...

I respect someone who changes his mind given new evidence, so it's not
exactly hurting the democrats to me. (though doing it for purely political
gains does, but that's another argument.)
It's up to the current administration to either prove them wrong are start
admitting some things themselves..
