Those are uninstall folders for the service packs and critical updates
you downloaded. If you're happy that you won't need to remove them, you
can delete those folders to save space. Afterward, you will need to
remove the uninstall notations from Control Panel, Add/Remove programs
list.
If you decide to get rid of those folders, let me know and I'll show you
how to make corrections to Control Panel Add/Remove.
