Hey Johan!

One thing I should mention about the needed variables to produce a pkt from
the call to the POSIX module is that I found it convenient to dump the one
call to a hash such as,

    {at}DateTime = split / /, strftime "%H %M", gmtime;

so that all the required variables could be extracted from it's position in
the hash without having to format them any further. One call will get
everything and then be employed wherever in the header it needs to be
placed. Some of the variables may need to be converted, such as to hex
integers, but the same information is good for all output within any given
message, such as the DateTime string users actually see when Fido
messaging.

Just thought I'd mention it while I was thinking about it.

Life is good,
Maurice
