For reasons unknown to us Papabill said thus to Gaylen Hintz:

P> First, I'm trying to get FastEcho to handle VirtualNet. From
P> what I hear from Paul Quinn, Douglas Conner is running
P> VirtualNet through a tosser similar to FastEcho.

Hmmm, interesting. I haven't a clue on this one though. :)

P> Then, I'd love to know how to make FastEcho and Allfix
P> auto-create message and files echoes in EleBBS. I hate the idea

Well I don't know about FastEcho but I know there is a utility for Gecho
Pro that will auto create the message bases but for EleBBS I know of no
such utility.

P> of having to manually type over 450 message echoes and 350+
 P> files echoes.

I'm afraid that you will have to manually enter those message bases under
EleBBS unfortunately. :( Tis what I landed up doing though I took small
bites, a few echos at a time.

I'll have to do a search on pcmicro and see what I can come up with however. :)

P> Why not join me in my ventrilo chat room, sq1bbs.com, port 3784

I'll have to do that sometime in the very near future.. :)
