SC> I thought that is what I did by having it certified.
Sharon, when you feel better & after you have given it some time, try sending
it Registered. (I'm a receptionist & I have to deal with this kind of stuff.
When I go to work tomorrow, I'll get out my little postal handbook & e-mail
the right info). There is an extra fee you pay to have them sign the green
card & extra fees for the mailman to obtain the name & address of the person
who received the letter.
I believe there is a way to send it where only your b-father can sign for it.
You can also send the letter via FedEx (or some other overnight service).
I'm new to this discussion group & I am reaching to you over the e-mail
wires. Give yourself time. I know it's diffcult when you think time is
running out. But it's also easy to get crazy about things, especially around
the holidays. >gentle smile<
