I did not say that.  YOU posted

"Latinos" are in fact "American originally" on at least
two counts;

1.  In the US of America, Most if not the
    majority are Native (Ameridian).
2.  The "USA" southwest was/is Spanish speaking
    and has been from the 1500s; Florida
    the Carolinas, ect have been Spanish
    since then.

You seem to think that "Latino" and "Spanish" speaking
are synonymous with "illegal", and it is not.  BTW
"America" includes Mexico and South America (bet that confuses
you even more).
