What is a good source for high quality rouge of the type you describe?

I polish out with CeO because it is fast and gives a nice surface. But even
under the Foucault test the surface looks granular in texture. Then I
figure with well ball milled rouge, stuff that will stay suspended in water
for days.
Once full correction is achieved the surface is incredibly smooth. The
difference at the eyepiece is the difference between a carefully crafted
mirror, and a commercial mirror. You are not making commercial mirrors are
you?
