 Yes, they were the Gold Edition - both built within the past year - don't
 recall the exact weight, but "ready-to-fly", each was probably in the 9-10
 lb. range - both were built with retracts (which do not work well on our
 bumpy hay-field site) which were later removed.

 My building is rather straight-forward, true to design, and without any
 modifications (unless customer requests), covered with Super Coverite and
 painted with one filler coat (well sanded) and 2 or 3 coats of polyurethane
 enamel.  The pony is much heavier construction design and larger than
 the TF Corsair - which, BTW, flies like a dream - it's much harder to
 build, however, with its gull-shaped wing.  If you're thinking about a
 TF warbird, I'd suggest the F4U rather than the Mustang.  TTYL - Roger
