I would simply like to caution you that not all participants in this
echo are teachers. From the questions you ask of Matt Smith, I get the
impression that you thought he was an experienced classroom teacher who
can give you some advice. Perhaps he can give advice, but he is not a
classrrom teacher. He is a collections lawyer (or so he tells us) in
North Carolina.
