Not too certain what you had in mind when you wrote that; what I had in mind 
was the folks who I've met over the past 20 years who tried to do just 
that...."fix" their own brain chemistry.  Which, of course, is the only REAL 
reason why anyone drinks alcohol, smokes pot, or takes a prescription of 
Valium or Dilantin.  To fix the faulty brain chemistry one is born with.
One of the biggest reasons why professionals are taught not to prescribe for 
themselves is the tendency to become under the influence of any mind altering 
substance, including certain foods, very quickly once one starts to use them.
