Bingo!  That would be me .  The only weight-affecting benefit I
have found is that after drinking a cup of tea, I am not hungry: IOW it
replaces a snack (or a craving for a snack).  Plus, the act of boiling
water and brewing a cup of tea is relaxing; I don't take smoke breaks, not
being a smoker, and pouring coffee from a pot doesn't have the same effect.
 Gives me an excuse to walk around and look out the window.

Any additional health benefits are a bonus, but the touting of same are
what drove me to try it.  I drink the Bigelow Green Tea with Mint, BTW;
straight green tea I don't care for as much.
