See my message to Mark as to the reason why you haven't.  Unfortunately,
only the current editor can hand off the Fidonews to a new person, so that
is why Fidonews is stagnant.  But as usual, I see dozens of systems proudly
announcing they've received another issue of the Fidonews that is emptier
than the vacuum in outer space...
