I managed to find that, and get it all done. Updated my husky-all.spec to
accomodate also building and packaging hptzip as libhptzip and libhptzip-devel
as appropriate. Not yet tested, but I'll be testing it soon.

USE_PERL, however, causes mass failure, but I don't know what perl would be
used for hpt, so I'm not so interested in that, yet.

I just did an interesting google search for "Perl JAM", and only
found links to
Pearl Jam related stuff. heh
