You are saying, that there have been research studies conducted in
Australia showing that girls have no interest in these topics? I would
wonder at the scientific methods used in such studies.
I would suspect that the studies are wrong. I would want to look them
up and read for myself the methods followed in the study, what were the
procedures, the size of the samples, the control group and control
methods, the reliance of there conclusions (statistically, are they
significant?).
