 The following complaint is submitted as information only.  Readers are

 I, Jim Began              , posting from  PC-Ohio, Cleve.,Oh   wish to
 file a Formal Complaint against  Mike Obeirne        who posts

 Specifics of this complaint are, that on 11-26-96, (I)
 posted an ad for MS Windows NT 4.0 Server $200.00  from PC-Ohio, Cleve.,O
 jim.began@pcohio.com in the ForSale Conf.
 Details of complaint (LIMIT 10 LINES):
 Mike had called me with his need for MS NT ASAP for his BBS he was setting
 up.  I told him that I would cross ship this time as this is not my normal
 method because he was in need of it. He said Thanks & the Money Order will
 go out the next day for $205.00. I waited 2wks, no M.O., so I called him &
 he said it went to his Grandmothers address instead & he was sending another
 M.O. today,12-14-96. Waited 2 wks & no M.O., called again & said he would
 definitely send the M.O. for $205.00 the next day , 12-29-96, waited 2 wks,
 no M.O,called & he apologized said he would FedEx a personal check the next
 day, 1-11-97. Waited 1wk & called FedEx, no letter. As of today, 2-26-97,
 still no payment.
 I made the following attempts to resolve the matter (LIMIT 10 LINES):
 I have called Mike to see if the NT installed OK and he said it is running
 just fine and when asked about the payment he hungup. I have called several
 times since & when he answers and finds out it is me, he hangs up the phone.
 I have sent several e-mail messages to him expressing my need for payment
 or return the MS Windows NT 4.0 Server CD so that I
 may recoup some of my losses.
  He has not responded.
 Further pertinent details are (LIMIT 5 LINES):
 If anybody Knows Mike Obeirne let me know, I need payment or return of
 the Win NT 4.0 Server CD.
