You can't download an FTP address.  You need a site to put your stuff up 
on.  Your internet provider should be able to provide you with one, but 
it will cost you.  If all you want to do is try it to see how it works, 
just load the html page in your viewer.  Double clicking on it should do 
it.  If you are running Win95 and have IE, this will work.  That is how 
I tested mine before I ran it on the FTP site.  Oh, make sure all of 
your links are in the same directory, including any graphics.
