subject: Question

In our last episode, Mark Davy and Dennis Bowers were battling
 over Question.
 RD> What's everyone's fav comic book/hero/villian

 DB> Catwoman. Catwoman. Catwoman.

 DB> Honorable mention:

 DB> Xena. Xena. Callisto.
MD> Are you sure you aren't mistaken somewhere? {laughs} I know there
MD> are fans for the show (Xena) and the character (Selena Kyle), but
                                                     ^^^^^^
Her name is spelled: Selina Kyle
All true Feline Fanatics know this.
Gotta give you credit though. You
did get Xena right, instead of Zena.
 MD> there might be some room for alteration... {chuckles}
The question was who are my favorites. Favorite comic book.
Favorite hero. Favorite villain. Catwoman qualifies for
each catagory for me. And Xena fits two out of three.
MD> Okay, now could you explain how you could appreciate Catwoman less
 MD> than the Huntress,

Too self-rightious, expecially the post-Crisis one.
And doesn't have her own comic book.

 MD> Batgirl/Oracle,

Batgirl was just a bad character, a Batman wanna-be with boobs.
And Catwoman and Xena both have Oracle beat in martial arts moves
 and backflips. ;)
Plus neither Batgirl nor Oracle have their own comic book.

 MD> Black Canary II,

Too angst filled. Catwoman and Xena are more fun-loving.
Part of the appeal is their wise cracking when kicking their
 foes' butts.
And BCII doesn't have her own comic book.

MD> Talia (daughter of Ra's Al Ghul),

I HATE Talia. Probably got started when she was trying to steal
Batman away from the only woman Batman is worthy of, Catwoman.
And Talia doesn't have her own comic book.

 MD> Harley Quinn,

Toooooooooooo annoying. I'd rather watch a Fran Drescher marathon.
And HQ doesn't have her own comic book.

 MD> or Poison Ivy?
She's a good third choice. Still doesn't have the great martial
arts moves though. And PI is always going to be a villain.
It's not in her nature to save orphans from a burning building.
Especially when she's the one who probably set it on fire in
the first place to make way for a petunia bed.
Besides PI doesn't have her own comic book.
Basically what's cool about Catwoman is Catwoman is a bad guy that's
a good guy, but prefers being a bad guy. And what makes Xena fun was
Xena was this real evil warlord who is now trying to make up for her
evil past, but doesn't always get it right, and sometimes reverts to
her evil ways. Where-as Xena feels bad about being bad, Catwoman feels
bad about being good. They are something a little different. Most
heroes pretty much started out as good guys, and most villains pretty
 much remain villains.
Plus the two of them are funny as hell, always making jokes and
wise crack, they look great, they do cool martial arts stunts and
weapons tricks, they aren't tied down, are free to do what ever
the hell they want, aren't obligated to anything like Batman and
Superman and most the other superheroes are.
The rest on your list are either too goody two shoes, or too evil,
or just too boring in general.
Plus both of them have their own comic books.

... You half wit toady of a third rate god
