I have a few pairs of the 240 DFs, and they are very accurate, but
they can't come close to the Beyer DT990 Pro! Those are my favorite
cans for everyday use, though you won't find them for $129! For 
critical listening I prefer my old Stax electrostatics, but those
are no good for high SPL listening, or deep bass response. Take care.
