1. what does your hpt log show for scanning those out and archiving them?
personally speaking, i don't archive FTN mail any more ;)

2. does the file exist after hpt finishes with it?

3. where does it exist?

4. is there a corrosponding *.?lo file with it? maybe not the same name but the
 contents point to the file you're looking for...

5. is binkd looking in the same directory where hpt is really placing the
file(s)?
