We changed an Apache setting that should help fix that. Did you flush your cache?

Last night was when the adjustment was made - I hadn't heard any more problem
reports since then.

I'll fix *that* tonight! What you're seeing is the difference between
 and  on a
linux file system.
"snippets" points to the old site, while "SNIPPETS" is
the new site where the
snippets.snippets.org alias is directed.
