I dunno why people need to fix FILE_ID.DIZ-450 characters should me MORE
than enough space to put in a short description of the file so people would
be interested enough to download the file to find out more...which what I
thought was the intention.

It's called laziness; people can't use the text search or filename
functions built into nearly every BBS.  This I can attest to personally-I
had one (now former, thank God) user who couldn't figure out what a
"wildcard" was...

Good luck getting anyone to put that format into a BBS.  Well, maybe
Synchronet, but that's their thing I guess.

As an author myself, I can tell you I'm too damn lazy to do much more than
a basic FILE_ID.DIZ for my software.  Really.  That's just overboard...
